I'm 3 weeks post partum and i just got my t25. I had a vaginal birth and tore very minimal no stitches no nothing needed and it stopped hurting after a week and a half. Im very anxious to start t25 but i don't want to hurt myself. What do you think. What would you do?
I Have already been working out just not to terribly hard. I don't have a post partum visit till 8 weeks as well.

I would listen to your body. If you feel that you'r up for it, try it. Don't push yourself too hard, and continue to listen to your body.

To be 100% sure, call your doctor's office and check with a nurse.

No no no no. You should not attempt any exercise before at LEAST 4 weeks post partum, more like 6 weeks. And definitely not before cleared by your doctor/OB/MW. Please take this time to relax and enjoy your baby and bond.
