Has anyone here ever been tested with the Body Gem Metabolism test? Apparently it's a test to determine your PERSONAL resting metabolism rate, so you don't have to rely on generalized stats. Looking for some insight from anyone who has had any experience with this test. Thanks.

    I have had two tests made with similar equipment, but not that specific device. It's a low cost breath analyser / flowmeter that calculates your RMR from the takeup of oxygen and production of CO2 http://www.mimhs.com/bodygem/overview/

    My reading was 16% below what a standard prediction would indicate it "should" be.
