    i flipped a dune buggy on my arm broke it in 3 places and hairline fractures up the bone and tore a ligament in the other hand and waited 4 hours in the hospital? does this constitute as an ow moment im pretty sure i was in shock? :indifferent:

    It seems like whenever I try to stretch out to reach something, I always pop my shoulders out of join. The pain is so intense, all I can do is roll around on the floor and moan. It's a killer!
