Does anyone else work SECOND shift? Eating times?

I feel like my eating schedule is AWFUL. I eat breakfast 12-1 in the afternoon, lunch around 6 at work, and dinner around 11:30 (get off work at 11) I am always STARVING when I get off work ! Depending I sleep anywhere between 1 and 4am. I have looked online that I SHOULDN'T EAT after work but I am always ravenously hungry. Is night eating THAT BAD? Also if you work Second shift (I would consider that getting off after 9) when do you eat?

    I work two 12's and two 8's. I log midnight to midnight. Usually Sundays I eat my first meal around 4pm and won't eat a full day's worth of calories. At midnight while I'm still at work I usually will have a meal that is counted as first for the next day. I get off at 6am and will eat when i get home also. Sleep a few hours and I still get two meals in for that day one before work and durning. My diary should be public. My choices lately have been questionable and I've gone over a few days in a row but oh well lol.

    I work 10 hour days from 13:30 to 23:30. On work days I don't eat until I take lunch at 18:00. IF 16:8 I guess. I eat lunch, then a small meal before I get off work, then dinner when I get home before I go to bed. Then I don't go to bed hungry and I don't eat everything in the house when I get home, so I usually end my last meal around 2 am. I have my diary set up as hour sections (so 9 am-12 pm, 12-3, 3-6, 6-9, 9-12, and 12 am-9 am)

    It really doesn't matter when you eat as long as you stay in your calorie goal for the day. All those websites are telling you is not to eat everything when you get home, but if you feel better doing it that way, then go for it, just try and stay to your calorie goal. You have to do what works best for your schedule.

    I work dayshifts and nightshifts...7 to 7 12 hour shifts.

    I usually eat three meals on dayshifts.

    My nights, I usually eat lunch when I get up in the afternoon and dinner around 10 pm at work. That's my last meal before the next afternoon. Might not be the most healthy, but I've still been losing weight.

    I do notice that on days that my late night meal is smaller, my weight loss is greater.

    Depends on the day I work Mon-Thursday breakfast at 930-1030 lunch after 3. dinner around 7 but sometimes as late as 10
    friday-saturday breakfast around noon lunch at 6ish and dinner around midnight with a snack thrown in after if im getting off at 4
    sunday (aka cheat day) breakfast around 11ish (really small) and lunch at 2ish dinner will either be leftover from lunch cause I cook on sunday or what ever I make at work around 9ishbut sometimes as late as 11:30

    I cook and wait tables so I eat around busy times and if we are busy at work I may not eat until I get off work or say forget it and enjoy the empty calories in a milkshake.
