Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium supplements?

Hiya all,
I'm currently on some medication that seems to 'flush' potassium, magnesium and calcium from my system. At the moment my blood values are slightly too low or borderline low on these. Not sure if this is due to the meds or from doing sports and sweating a lot. But I think I should fill them up again. Eating a banana a day, usually some potato and a bit of yoghurt doesn't seem to be enough, and the only available mineral water is very low on these elements as well. I don't want to drink sports drinks because I detest all kinds of sweet drinks; I simply don't get them down, same with artificial sweateners. So I guess what's left is taking supplements in pill format.
Can someone tell me if those are absorbed by the body at all? Do I need to take them with specific food (fatty, or whatever?) for absorption, what is too high of a dosage? Single or multi supplements?
Thanks a lot.

If this is as a result of medication you need to discuss this with your doctor, do not take supplements particularly potassium without medical advice.0

I don't think it is! I started the medication on the day that blood test was taken, thus everything might or might not be even lower now. I can't see my doc before sometimes middle of next week as it's a long public holiday.0

Just a question: could those values go down by drinking a lot of water? Because that's what I've been doing lately: working out (inside) and the outside temperatures are extremely high and the air extremely dry.0
