My cure for laziness

All week I have been working out in the morning and afternoon.
Today I was planning on skipping the morning workout because I have to take my daughter to the library this afternoon and I didn't want to get all hot and sweaty and need yet another shower.
Well I was feeling lethargic and horrible so I got my workout clothes on and got myself moving for 40 minutes. Now I feel awesome.
I still need that shower though, LOL
I'll work out again this afternoon and then hit the shower again this evening. I'm going to have to invest in a good body lotion with all these shower and the dry Winter air.
Feeling good about myself is the best motivator

Good for you! :drinker:
I know I hate to get sweaty having Eczema but after working out I'm glad I did .
As far as dry skin I use Aveeno lotions...They have so many to pick from & I absolutely love them. They thicker creams for overnight too:smokin:0 -
I couldn't agree more!! Working out is what gives me energy too If I am feeling blah.. all I need to do is workout a bit and it gets me going. Some mornings I feel sluggish after my morning shift of work.. but I hit the gym anyways and when I leave I am all fired up and ready for more
I too have been taking many showers the past few months.. thats the only annoying thing about working out twice in a day!0
