Hi All I never post normally but last week out running (Canicross ) with my dogs I hurt my foot and well it seemed Ok today and I thought well lets try a canicross / run again and see how I get on I only managed a mile / at a slow pace , I'm not sure what I have done to the foot it's fine walking now it was tender and sore when I hurt it last week but it hurts under the arch of my foot when I go on uneven surface it sends a awkward pain though the foot :'( .
Have any other runners experienced this at all ?
Please help me I love to run and I am training for a racing next canicross season .

    heyy
been running for a year now
i have had minor injuries ..you know pain in knees /outer thigh...
but non lasted for more than a week
my advice lay off it for a week (i know it is very hard to stop running but u need to)
and if it persists go see a doctor
    good luck :)

I've had a pain under the arch of my foot which felt like it was bruised when I over did it at one point. It was the first time I had moved from running 5k to 10k. Took a couple of weeks to heal before I could go running again.
