What measurements do you tack as trainning progresses ?

Hi,
I am about to start on some major changes to my health and body.
which measurements do you recommend I should track ?
obviously weight and body fat %
what and about waist, neck,chest and thighs/biceps etc.
anybody got any reccomendations ?

I track chest, waist, hips, biceps & thighs but any areas you want to track is your personal preference0

I track waist, hips, chest, upper arm, and thigh. I'm obese but gaining muscle, so for me that is a more accuracte method - in the first few weeks I gained a stone, but lost many inches!
I do track my weight, but far less consistently. I haven't a clue what my body fat % is.0 -

progress pics. measurements and scale weight are good for weight loss progress but i feel for weight training pictures are the way to go0
