Question about paleo and my fitness pal

Hi, I'm new here and thinking of starting the paleo diet as I have been far too reliant on wheat and dairy up to now. Does anyone know what the percentages of fat, carbs and protein should be on the paleo? Just for entering goals in my fitness pal, thanks! Dee
