Hey there guys!

I love the positivity here in the community, so I set up a new account in hopes of actually becoming part of it!
I'd love to hear your stories - especially /but not limited to) those who started out with high BMIs as well.

As for me, I realized the only thing bothering me in life is my weight. So why keep putting up with it? :)

    Hi There,

    Fellow German here... well sort of. My husband is from Berlin and we live all over Europe but Berlin is basically our home. :)

    My brother died just about a year ago and I have gained around 20lbs (9 kilos!) since then. I don't feel like my eating has changed, but it must have... Being so unaware of the change makes it hard to lose weight. I just want to get back to being my normal self.

    I do not have access to the internet every day, so I am hoping that this will still work for me!
