First time posting on here! Used app for a while, briefly.
Used to be very fit up until 4 years ago, kickboxing, weights circuit training etc. last fight was July 2010 and I was 14 stone, by December 2010 I'd gone upto 20.5 stone!!

Long road back down, hoping to get a lot of advice and opinions from here so hello all!! Regards, Chris.:tongue:
