I am aiming to lose 1 pound per week. I am 5 foot 9 195 pounds and 33 years old. I have seen many discrepancies in how many calories I should consume a day. I consume about 2300 calories per day and work out 4 days a week. my workouts consist of cardio and weight training 45 minutes per day. I guess to me that I burn around 550 calories per session. in general does that sound right? in other words am i consuming sufficient amount of calories and working out enough to lose one pound per week? I am confused because so many different websites say so many different things. it becomes problematic because I don't know if I'm over eating or under eating working out too much or too little. I would like to find a nice balance. the biggest problem with me is when I under read your workout too much send things to cbecomeome on sustainable. sorry for any misspellings I'm using dictation.
