Just saying hi

I have put on a few pounds, which need to GO. For me I really just want to get to a weight that I will feel better about myself and how my clothes fit. My calorie goal is set at a flexible 900. That may seem low, but there are good reasons behind it. I don't beat myself up if I go over or under and try to go with the flow of my hunger. Mostly I eat decent semi-healthy foods, but I try not to be too rigid. Biggest trouble for me is being disciplined enough to stop myself from eating when I'm not hungry...like when I'm bored, anxious, frustrated, sad, etc. I have been using this site for a little while now and have only lurked in the shadows reading others' posts and figured it was time to be more open and involved with the community. Anyone interested in a new friend? :happy:
