the Best Wife In The World!!!

Not going to start gushing here but - WHOOHOOOOOO! :smile:

I have got THE best wife EVER... she's just got us tickets to see Rush in May here in the U.K.- they only go on sale tomorrow and I reckon they'll go as quick as teflon-coated amphetamine-laden goose s*it off a chromium plated shovel!!

I am MADE UP!!!

Been a fan for years but NEVER got a chance to see them until now!!!

So I had to share that with everyone!!!

    Already did - bought her a fine piece of John Ditchfield glass... a dinosaur egg with a silver dragonfly on it - might sound crazy, but 'google' John Ditchfied - highly collectible and exquisite glassware!!! :)

    Plus she wants us to see 'The Cult' - so I'm up for that too!!! Another great group!!!

    Very similar to this piece... all handmade so each one is unique - I think they're beautiful, and my Wife a BIG fan of this sort of thing - she was over the moon when she got it!!!

    So this morning, we notice the woman over the road as her husband leaves for work.

    He holds her hand, and looks at her endearingly... the same way a dog would with a packet of sausages.

    Hhe then kisses her passionately.

    "How come you never do that?" my wife asks.

    "Well..." I begin in preparation for the punchline "I can't - I hardly know the woman, do I?" :laugh:


    Obviously NOT true... and for the Best Wife In The World this morning I defrosted the damned car for her whilst she finished her coffee before heading off to work.

    I'm currently off sick for a few weeks following an op. so it's the least I could do I reckon!

    I'll stop now before I DO start gushing!!!
