Not sure if im doing enough?

I have been working out weekday morning for 25 - 30 minutes doing Just Dance. Bestie and I were doing the Just Sweat but it go boring after 2 weeks, and now are doing different songs now on week 4.... I wear my fitbit while doing it to sort of track but im not sure if I am doing enough?
I've lost 10 lbs since May 1, however, I weighed myself last week and have gained a lb...

weight loss is about your calorie deficit...
exercise is for health...
If just dance has got you moving more than you were before than yes you are doing enough....I used it as a stepping stone to 30 day shred which was a stepping stone to HIIT videos on Fitnessblender.com which turned into me lifting heavy weights for almost a year now plus walking/biking/HIIT etc...
and it all started with Just Dance0
