Opinion on these meal plans?

Hi everyone!
I have done quite a bit of reading on nutrition and loosing weight, and in preparation for moving into my first apartment and going to law school, I have made a preliminary menu and shopping list. I'd love to garner some opinions regarding my menu, as I'd like to see if it is viable for weight loss and sustainable. What I've planned is not too different than what I eat now. It's all food I like and about the same portions. For week 1, I'd prep all of the food I can at the beginning of the week and eat the same thing every day until the week 2; Essentially, I'd alternate meals every other week.
Week 1:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs (140 calories) and 2 Morningstar Farms veggie sausage patties (160 calories)
Snack: Chick pea salad (1/2 cup of chick peas, diced onions, diced cucumber, and feta cheese) (~200 calories)
Lunch: 1 grilled chicken breast (200 calories), 2 tbsp. of hummus (70 calories), and 1 cup mixed vegetables (45 calories)
Snack: Greek yogurt (100 calories)
Dinner: 1 cup black beans (216 calories), 1/2 cup brown rice (108 calories), and diced onions, cilantro, and hot sauce
Total calories a day: 1,364 calories
Week 2:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs (140 calories) and oatmeal (150 calories)
Snack: Baby carrots (25 calories) and yogurt ranch (70 calories)
Lunch: 3 corn tortillas (150 calories) and shredded/seasoned chicken (150 calories), with diced onions and cilantro for garnish, 1/2 cup of black beans (108 calories)
Snack: 1 cup of grapes (104 calories), 1 cheese stick (80 calories)
Dinner: Soba (buckwheat noodles) (113 calories), 2 oz lean turkey (130 calories), and 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce (70 calories)
Total calories a day: 1,290 calories
Other information about me:
21 years old
5'4''
171 lbs
sedentary/lightly active lifestyle (will be walking around campus, walking on a treadmill when I get a chance)
Thank you in advance for your help!
