appetite has disappeared, calorie dilemma.

So ive been dieting for 13 weeks and ive lost 26lb, still have a long way to go but so far so good
However, for a while know ive noticed a chance in my apatite, seems to be getting smaller and smaller to the point where other people are having to remind me to eat, or they feel the need to comment on what I am eating and Iinsist its not enough.
I keep an honest log of my food and exercise (open for ppl to see) and now some of my mfp have commented and sent me messages voicing thier concerns.
I eat when im hungry and stop when im full, I cut out all crap and now find im way under the supposed healthy amount of calories.
I used to eat for the sake of it and ended up overweight. I cant seem to win.
I need a better balance somehow, maybe my apatite will increase over time.I Will not force myself to eat. Im just not hungry. Maybe I should just close my food diary and carry on?
Do I listen to my body and ignore ppl or force myself to eat more calories?

What do you think?

Btw im 5' 5 and have 36lb to lose and a fat percentage of 36.9%

I went to look at your diary but it actually isn't open. If you open it I can make some meaning comments.

Listen to your body. I know I have been one to ask you about your calorie intake. I truly apologize if it was negative in any way. You're doing great! Since you have plenty of exercise and feel good, I wouldn't worry and I will try not to worry for you.

I think as you continue on and continue to exercise your body will crave more food- as it needs more. I am SUPER proud of you and remember that what works for one person, won't work for everyone else. You have found a working recipe- stick with it until it is no longer useful to you.

Again- if I caused any discomfort to you, please let me know. I only mean to show concern and caring for you. But I know it could come off wrong.

    XOXOX- Glynis

Listening to your body is often a bad idea for overweight people. If we instinctively knew how to do that... we wouldn't be here.

Make yourself eat so you keep a reasonable deficit. A few days off won't make a big difference long term though, just don't let it become a common occurrence.
  • I guess its open to friends? :/ not sure how to change it. Ill have a look. U can add me if u like. :)
