Let me sleep

Ever since I started dieting 6-7 weeks ago.
I find that I haven't slept for more that 2-4 hours per night and sometimes even less.
I just never feel tired. I'm so hyped up all the time.
I would like to deal with this before I end up with insomnia

Weird... describe "dieting" - are you just eating differently or as you utilising some weight loss aid? Are you exercising before bed? Are you eating enough? If I undereat I get the jitters...0

I find that the more I exercise, the less sleep I need. Now that I'm just walking, I'm back to about 8 hours a night. Maybe that's got something to do with it.0

This does sound like me.
The trouble is that the last thing I want to do is cut back on exercise.
The less i exercise the less i need to eat to stay healthy.
Then I can't sleep because I'm flaming hungry...
Oh and congratulations toad in almost reaching your goal weight.0
