Bloody hate the Monte biscuits, well actually I lied I love them and they taste so good but I need to be able to resist having 4 of them instead of one or none. I need help to be able to resist the temptation and should I put in my log that I ate 4 Montes today, I really don't want to because they will probably put me over my calorie limit for the day. :( Montes why oh why can't I resist you when I am craving them and I don't know why also I should get of the computer and go to bed as my stomach and head are aching.

  • this made me laugh because it reminded me of me!!! except i love crisps.. i tell everyone im a crispaholic!! its hard when you have cravings for them, but hopefully being on here will encourage us :)

    I logged them and was 300 calories over my daily goal including the exercise calories, oh well tomorrows a new day.
