Started on MFP last fall. I'm a numbers guy and a stats guy, so naturally I loved it.
Started out just watching the calories and trying to be more active, then started doing some weight sessions, and when I really started to see progress I hired a personal trainer to really kick it up. Anything worth doing is worth doing all the way, right?
Anyways, never been on the boards here but it kept popping up on health searches I'd google. So hello, you seem to Have a great forum here.
