for the first time in AGES im practically the right side of 200lbs! About 6 months ago I was 15 stone and now I'm 14 stone 4. I had my first gym session last night and booked in with a personal trainer. he really pushed me, i mean, it wouldnt have looked intense to some of the ppl in the gym, but it was for me. cardio work, rowing, cross training, then ab crunches, stretches, squats and weights.
feel really good for it tho. Gonna do 2-3 sessions like that a week, and book in with him once a month to get a progress check.
