10lb challenge

Hi,
I'm struggling to get going on my diet and exercise plan. I have 35lbs to lose in total but if just feels so unachievable :( I'm so inspired by the success stories particularly those losing massive amounts of lbs- it makes me feel ashamed that I can't even focus on 35!
So I'm hoping I will do better if I break it down into 3 (and a bit!) Mini goals! Please add me if you would lime to use this thread as a check-in. Im going to aim for 10lbs by the end of August :)
