My guess would be something to do with how the chicken is prepared. (I tried looking at the website, but couldn't really find what you're talking about). Vegetables have some sodium, though typically not a lot. How much are we talking about for "really high"? (it's a very subjective term )

The chicken is probably brined. Keeps the chicken moist, but adds a good amout of sodium.

And for what it's worth, I don't have high blood pressure, and go over my sodium 5 out of 7 days, I'd guess. Sometimes by 200%. Blood pressure is always good.

Not saying it's a good thing, it just doesn't matter to me. Yet.

about 1333 ( don't really know what sodium's measured in) that's just what is on the website.. this might not be alot but i was surprised to see that amount in a salad i guess... there was not even that much chicken in it haha.

The chicken is crumbed/coated. You can bet that's where most of the sodium is.

For a 2000 calorie anything I'd say that amount of salt isn't bad at all

Then I'm far less impressed with it's sodium amount.
