Looking for like minded friends - 100 pounds to shed

Hi Guys,
I am looking for some new friends on here that can help push me in the right direction nutrition and training wise.... Here is my story. 30 Male - 290 Pounds. .. 185CM 6 Foot.
Most of my life been overweight usually hovering around 110-120KG.. As of February I was 145KG and now after a few months of dieting and now exercise I am back down to 130KG as of this morning.. .I have also just quit smoking on the 1st of July and 1 month on I still have not gone back to the devil darts.. Also keeping away from the spirits and attempting to eat healthier too with around 14-1600 calories per day.. Not eating back exercise calories...
Haven't started full time at the gym yet but am walking to work 3-5 days a week at a distance of 5KM round trip, walking the shops and have started digging out and renovating my backyard as a way to keep active.. I am heading off to South Korea tonight for a holiday so a little worried about that as well... I get back in 7 days. Looking to get more into strength training around 115-120KG and progress from there... Doing 1-2 Hours per week at gym at the moment with Cardio and some minimal weights..
Anyone in a similar position/goals to achieve I would certainly appreciate if you could add me as a friend so I can track and compare my progress and give each other some mutual encouragement..
