Blurry Vision after exercise

Hi, twice in the past week I have had really blurry vision and tunnel vision after hour long circuit training sessions (Boot camp).
Once was after a 5.30am session which I assumed was because I had done it on an empty stomach but I had it again yesterday afternoon. I had eaten well during the day and had a banana about half an hour beforehand. I had drunk about 2 ltrs of water during the day also. I had 1/2 a tsp of honey as I was told my blood sugars may have been low. Not sure if this helped but it did come right about half an hour later. I am fine during exercise, this only happens after. Does anyone know what this actually is or how to combat it? Thanks.

Hi Keler1, There are a number of factors that can cause blurry vision after an exercise, like low blood pressure, dehydration, lack of nutrients or pigmentary glaucoma. You need to find out what triggers yours. It is best that you consult a doctor to be sure and apply the proper treatment. Stay safe!0
