Has anyone used a slimming tea and do they work?

I would avoid them as most of them are essentially laxatives. Unnecessary and potentially dangerous.0

All that do is make you poop and dehydrate you. If you wouldn't abuse laxatives to lose weight (and I suggest you don't), then don't bother with slimming teas.0

All slimming teas do is make you poop which dehydrates you
A really cool alternative: green tea is pretty bland imo but snack teas would definitely help someone trying to eat healthier (chocolate cake? there's chocolate tea! there's even cotton candy and creme brulee flavors. check out teavana, which might be at your local mall, online at somewhere like davidstea or maybe your grocery store carries yogi or celestial seasonings)0
