So Sore!!

Sooo.... I've been using the Jillian Michaels website for the past week for my meals and exercise. I like logging my meals which is why I am on here too.

But I am a huge fan of the Biggest Loser and I always say "I wish Jillian could be my trainer!" The meals thus far are good, but man, the workouts are kicking my butt! And I'm not complaining! I'm just so sore this morning! After my Monday workout I could barely walk from all the lunges and squats, and now today I feel like I can't move my arms from the all the upper body exercises yesterday.

It's awesome. I love the burn.
