I'm tired of going home after work and not wanting to move. I'm lucky if I get up to make dinner for my family.(cereal for dinner is not how I want my kids to remember me) Tired or not It begins today!

    Help yourself out and freeze some individual meals made in big batches and frozen for the work week. Prep ahead and bag it in the fridge, too. That said, I've never accomplished it long term!

    Hey! There is nothing wrong with cereal for dinner! :happy:

    Cereal is a great quick meal for those us who workout so much we don't have time to cook. Just make sure to throw in some protein like cold chicken.

    Never beat yourself up about things you do not like- just change it!

    The first step really is half the battle...in making changes, working out...anything! You can do this.
