What ruins your workout???

Yesterday, I went to Zumba class and there was a different instructor. I was pissed...I was like WTF!!!! Instantly, all desires to workout left my body!!! I ended up leaving the gym. Another workout killer for me is forgetting my headphones. It's literally the end of my world!!! No headphones...forget about it! No matter what I do, it seems when either of these two things happen, I lose my mojo and struggle to get it back.


Maybe its me, idk...

Just wondering, what ruins your workout mood and how do you push through it???

    The other day I, out of the blue' decided to add an extra 3 or 4 miles to the middle of my bike ride ... that was it ! My energy levels dropped like a stone and my brain kept shouting "Don't do it" at me.

    I ensure that I have planned everything in my workout now and if I'm going the extra mile I make sure that I have some fuel with me to comfort my anxiety :-)
