here we go again....

So my log in streak is just shy of 645 days. which means nothing, really. I've been at this off and on since March 2012 (beginning first with Weight Watchers, then switching over to MFP) -- I got down to roughly 130 lbs last year and felt great... then some health problems reoccured that I thought were completely behind me. With coming off and going on various medications, I've put on 20+ pounds over the past year.... so here we go again.

At first I was just discouraged by it -- continuing to "log in," but not faithfully tracking my food intake. Now, I'm ready to pull up my boot straps and keep on keeping on. I know what I need to do and how to do it -- I'm just looking for a bit of support and accountability here on MFP. For the most part, I'm a healthy eater -- lots of fresh fruits and veggies (alot of salad. I like salad.), mostly chicken and fish, rarely any red meat (health reasons), etc.

SW: 157 +/-
CW: 150.8
GW: 120
UGW: 115
