This is the best thing that I have ever come across. You can make Lemonade with this or "Homeade Sprite" Just add lemon juice (the real stuff not "real Lemon") and a couple drops of Stevia and there you go or add it to sparkling water. SOOO GOOD!! I add stevia to everything. Anything you want to make sweet just add it and there are no added calories.

  • I've been using stevia for a long time now and love it! I get the kind that comes in little packets like sweet-n-low, but I find that a 1/3 of a packet is enough for a cup of coffee. My dh is sugar-addicted and will use 2-3 packets to my pinch. But at least he's tryin'. LOL Thank God for stevia, I couldn't live without it!

I just started using stevia, it took me a while to get used to it (I was used to splenda)
Stevia is all-natural so I feel so good about using it

I just found it too and LOVE it! I usually use splenda, but this stevia is sooo much sweeter. I only use one packet versus three packets of splenda.

i absolutely LOVE stevia and have been using it for about a year now. i love that i don't need much and use the packets when i make my morning coffee mug. instead of three or four spoonfuls of sugar, i use only 1 packet of stevia. :D
  • Hey, I used to use Stevia, but I consulted the pharmacist as it said to have a maximum of 2 packets per day, I asked them why and they said because the medicinal ingredients in it (which I can't take with my meds)
So I stick to Splenda now :)
  • I have not heard that stevia is contraindicated with any meds. I'd be curious to know why your pharmacist said that.

  • Hmm, that's weird :S I dunno, they were probably wrong, haha
but why does it say you can only have it twice a day? it says right on the package....

    EDIT:
read that thing you posted, I can't take herbs with my meds, I remember the doctor saying that,
