started at 153 and I am now down to 140  I can now fit into my skinny jeans again but they are still tight on the thighs area.I can now button them fine and they now button then perfectly which is great.when I tried them few months ago I coudnt even pull them at all .However,i still have allot of fat in my thighs and I think I will be happy at 130 if the 10 more pounds will make a difference. If not I will go for 120 to 125.I am 5`3.so will 10 more slim down the thighs

you are the same height as my sister and she weighs about 125 most of the time...she is slim but fit and looks great, not too thin.

She is medium framed...wears a size 7 shoe

but if you are happy where you are all is good..if you want to lose more go for it...

will 10 pounds slim your thighs...who knows...no way to determine where the weight will come off.

Sadly, you can't spot reduce. You may lose some weight from your thighs if you drop 10-20 pounds, but you may also stay roughly the same. I carry my weight in my butt and thighs. I can lose weight and notice a difference in my face and stomach and nothing in my thighs/butt area. It's all genetic. Every woman in my family carries weight the same way.

Do you lift weights? Weight lifting can help you lose inches and help reduce your body fat percentage.

I am 5' 3 1/2" and slender at 112 and fat at 121. The transformation is striking. You will be shocked at how much of a difference 10 pounds makes!!!!

I had to reevaluate my ideal weight after menopause. Menopause deleted my hips/butt and pasted all the fat onto my waist! But before.menopause, for about 30 years I considered my ideal weight to be 131 to 135. My ex-husband thought my ideal weight was around 130, although he told me, "the only place you're fat is your thighs." Fortunately, I still have some fat in my thighs at 112. I don't want to have skinny legs!

Yes maybe do some weight training/strength/HIIT training.

Lose inches instead of the numbers on the scales - Change your body shape & tighten everything up
