Hey everyone!! I'm about 10lbs away from my goal weight and would really like to start incorporating some toning exercises to my workouts. I really want to start toning my arms and legs. Any suggestions on some great workouts? I pretty much know nothing about toning haha

I've been really happy with the results I"ve gotten so far using the Stronglifts 5 x 5 routine.
I could not use the barbell when I first started and used dumbbells.
