I am (two days) new to MFP and would like to add motivating friends. I am female, 22, a university student, AND I have a 2-year-old son.
I gained 60 pounds during my pregnancy, and I would like to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 140, and then some. I packed on the infamous "Freshman 15" prior to getting pregnant, so reaching 125 pounds is my optimal goal. I currently weight between 170 - 175 pounds, so I would like to lose ~50 pounds.
As of last night, I have started Insanity. I am looking for friends who are also working out with Shaun T., so that we can encourage each other to stay motivated while sharing our progress.

Hello!
My weight loss goals are similar to yours. I gained 42 pounds during my pregnancy and my weight was up to 177. My pre-pregnancy weight was about 135 but I'm hoping to go down to 125. I'm actually only 15 pounds away now, so I'm farther along in this journey than you, but I'd be happy to cheer you on and keep you motivated!
I'm doing the 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels and it seems to be going pretty well. I'm curious how Insanity is? It sounds really tough! Maybe I will try that one after I'm done with the Shred.
