Do you work out when you have a cold?

Do you continue to exercise to some degree (ex: walking instead of running) when you have a cold or do you wait until you feel 100%?

I'm on Day 2 of some sort of summer cold and I feel blah, but not to the point of anything extreme---however, a nagging headache and that fuzzy feeling in your head---plus fatigue. I really want to workout but I'm not sure its smart--but I was on such a streak and I hate to not continue.

So fitness gurus or those training to become one---do you throw in the towel for a head cold or push through it?

Everyone is different. I don't get sick often thanks to a strong immune system, but when I do get sick, it's bad. No possibility of working out at all. Some people feel better if they work out when they have a cold, and some need more rest.
