Insanity workout

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know how many calories are burned when doing the insanity all 12 workout session?

    Idk merrymp808 but I read some where it was atleast a 1,000. When you know keep me posted. I know if you do some reasearch you should get a good answer.

    Everyone is so different on the caloires burned. My advice is invest in an HRM. It is designed for YOUR body and knows your statistics and can tell you the caloires you have burned during your exercise. other than that you will never get an exact reading like I said everyone is different.

    Each person is different and is going to burn different calories. Each Insanity DVD has different lengths. You should get a heart rate monitor in order to track your calorie burn. Someone that is 150 pounds is going to burn less than someone 250 pounds.
