Spinach Noodle salad
6 oz wide egg noodles uncooked 260 cal 6 servings @ 1 1/2 c
1 can 14.5 oz each diced tomatoes with basil garlic and oregano
3 tbsp. evoo
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1 can 15 oz each northern beans drained rinsed
3 oz baby spinach leaves
1/2 c thinly sliced red onion
1/3 c crumbled feta cheese
cook noodles omitting salt drain tomatoes reserve 1/2 c liquid throw remaining liquid out whisk together reserved tomato liquid oil vinegar pepper and salt in small bowl combine drained tomatoes beans spinach onion and cooked noodles in large bowl pour dressing mixture over noodle mixture toss to coat sprinkle feta cheese

Love this too, I would add a bit of garlic cause I love the garlic. This will go well with the salisbury0
