I want to lose 25-30 pounds! I struggle too lose weight big time though. I have dieted and worked out for over a month now and put on a pound!!!
I have noticed many differences though so I am not overly worried what the scales say for now!

Yay for non-scale victories. If you're seeing changes or clothes are fitting different, you're obviously doing something right. Keep it up and don't let the scale discourage you.0
