Cracker with baby bel or cottage cheese, or a cup of tea/coffee or a slurp of water.
I have a pretty big lunch, I'm not normally hungry in the afternoon.0 -
For me, it's got to be a bag of Skips - only 76 calories per bag! I don't know whether you have them in America...0

Or diet soda, or a trendy new 10-cal soda0 -
Often the ones mentioned. Wheat thins and a lowfat cheese wedge, nuts or fruit thrown in a greek yogurt, grapes and a piece of cheese.0
-

A slice of my homemade bread, hot and lightly toasted with all-natural peanut butter melting o top.0
-
An iced latte with skim milk and whatever is left in my lunch box, which is usually a piece of fruit and my carbs (grahams, crackers, pita chips, etc.) I think the drink does it more than anything. Mid-afternoon is my trouble spot!0

Usually, a protein bar (Balance, Quest, etc.) or a piece of fruit. Occasionally, I give in and hit the candy jar for a mini that my secretary keeps at her desk.0

Blueberries!0

Natural peanut butter (it's runny so the apples scoop it right up) and a granny smith apple, cored and cut into eight slices.
Or 2-3 slices of marinated baked tofu. I keep it in the fridge.0 -
A couple hard boiled eggs. And maybe coffee.0
-
A slice of cheddar cheese often helps soothe hunger. Alternatively a spoonful of peanut butter. The cheese has fewer calories, though. It just depends on whether I want salty/fatty or protein/sweet.0

I usually go for a Quest protein bar. Sometimes the Chocolate Chop Cookie Dough or Double Chocolate Chunk just hits the spot.0

Mine too, Lelah. I have trouble avoiding the vending machines at work. I may start locking my wallet in the car.0
-
Greek yogurt+ 1 tall glass of water always fills me up until my 5:30 pre-workout bar0

Most days, green tea. 3pm is my bored at work time, so I try to really gauge if it's hunger or boredom. If it is really hunger, a handful of cherries or blueberries works for me.0

Whatever I can scrounge up. Hopefully and cereal or granola bar - just enough to hold me off until dinner.0
-
Wasa with light swiss laughing cow or an apple with a tablespoon of peanut butter.0
