I am trying to accurately log everything and was wondering what the difference was between the two different classes of aerobics. Anyone know? Thanks in advance.

High impact is jumping, jumping jacks, hopping anything that has a high impact on your legs, ankles and knees. Low impact would be doing the opposite , walking in place vs jogging, slow burbee's vs normal burpees. as for general i would say somewhere in between, a mixture of both..0

Reneb28: Thanks, when you put it that way it makes plenty of sense. Don't know why I didn't figure that one out last night.
Thanks again.0 -
No problem! I prefer low impact, fitnessblender has some great ones with high calorie burn and still a great work out!0

i define low impact as anything i can use my worse sports bra for OR if in a pinch i can work out in my every day bra.
high impact is when i need the heavy sports bras.0
