i need someone to explain to me about my alot calorie intake 1250 i am trying to lose 2 pds a week. the calories i burned off monday thru sat are between 200 to 700. and my net calories go up so instead of 1250 it go to 15?? to 17?? something. my husband say i am to eat to the net weight. which i have been but now it seems i am not losing weight and i count calories every day even the dash of salt calorie. if i dont eat to the net calorie base then it say i under ate, and will put my body in to starvation mode, what can i do to get the weight down?

Net is consumed-burned. So if you eat 1250 calories, then burn 700, then you're only netting 550, which means you need to eat some more. MFP already calculates for your every day burned amount, so you need to make up for any extra burn you do.
