HI Everyone-
My name is Frances. Im on Week 3 of the FMD. So far, I've lost a total of 9.2lbs.
My absolute favorites is Phase 3 *avocados, hummus and raw walnuts!! yum!
I absolutly despise phase 2. Meat and Veggies. uhg. It makes me crave a cookie or something by the end of the day. I dont ever feel satisfied. Full? yes! But not satisfied like phase 1 &2. I'll definitely be doing phase 1&2 after my 28 days is up!
I'll never do a full 28 days again. It's just too restrictive and I have two little kids... I really appreciate all the knowledge of food, grocery shopping, recipes etc. this diet has taught me!! I'll definitely do a week here and there.
Ive been good at logging my meals. I also have a weekly calendar with all my meals pre-written down. I hit whole foods about 2-3 times a week!! It costs us about $200 a week in groceries to do this diet. No bad considering our take out bill in addition to groceries.
