Low Calorie, High Protein Lemon Blueberry Muffins!

Heres a recipe for some muffins I just made - they come out super fluffy and moist and taste like you're eating cake!

( These are regular sized, puffy muffins too - not tiny little mini ones!! )

They are only 83 calories a piece and have 6 grams of protein each. I use them as a pre-workout snack to get in some good carbs and protein to fuel my workout!!!
