Of still counting calories without letting the numbers make you OCD-ish.
As if right now I'm trying to count AFTER eating. Because I want to focus on portions and hunger cues not just on a number. But I do want to keep tabs somehow.

Another member gave me advice to plan the day before a rough draft of what you may eat, so that you can try to stay in the calorie range goal. Then you can record later at the end of the day or whenever. Sometimes if I miss a day I will go back and fill it in so it helps me see how I am doing. Although if I miss more than one day I don't. Well good luck!0
