What would you guys say is the best thing to snack on a couple of times a day that isn't high in calories, but still fills the hole that is there? This is the main thing I tend to struggle with especially when I'm bored...

I usually go with Greek yogurt. Low calorie and high in protein. Special K cracker chips are good for a crunchy snack. So are fresh veggies or some frozen grapes.0

Fruit and low-fat yogurt do it for me, strawberries, raspberries and low-fat strawberry onken, only about 200kcal for a huge bowl and fills you like a full meal.0

Don't eat out of boredom. Have a fizzy water instead or fix a cup of tea instead. If I am hungry between meals, a small quantity of nuts, beef jerky, crabsticks, or raw beans dipped in hummous will tide me over for a few hours.0
