So I have heard that adding Whey protein to your diet is really good for stopping hunger and muscle building. But I need some help with a few questions I couldn't find answers to on google.
When should I make the shake?
Before exercise or after or both?
How many shakes should I have a day?
If I drink one before working out how long should I wait before I workout?
And more importantly does anyone have a good receipes for Chocolate Whey ( I have NSI Whey protein complex from Nutraceutical Sciences Institue, is this a good one?)

Thanks so much for all the advice!

    Here is what I do.
1 hour before my work out
    1 scoop whey
    5gm creatine
    8 oz fat free milk
    1 tsp choc syrup

    Immediately after workout
    1 scoop whey
    5gm creatine
    8 oz fat free milk
Sometimes I'll add strawberries in simple syrup, or a banana and natural PB.

If you are trying to meet your protein goals, one right when you wake up, when your body is in a catabolic state wouldn't be bad either.

Thanks so much!! I have recently changed my goals to a 60% protein, 20% fat, 20% carbs so I am adjusting to the lower carbs and can never seem to meet my protein goal! This should help alot! Would you say this is a good way to set up your goals?

Honestly the goals I ignore. My fats are normally good fat (pay no attention to the pork fried rice and sweet & sour chicken yesterday eek3.gif) If I go over on my carbs, I know I am going to burn it off at the gym and I don't believe in low-cab meals anyway.

Dude, this is funny in a good way!!
