I did "The Biggest Looser Cardo Max" DVD level 1. I have a couple more new video's like this and I want to do them and put them in MFP.

So would that best fit into turbo jam kick boxing, calestenics high impact, or aerobics? It had small weights and high cardio. It was a heavy workout for me! What would you put it down as?
