Of course that means, you will lose the weight slower.
For me, whether I micromanage and eat the perfect foods or eat what I want I find that as long as stay in my range of calories. I lose weight the same. So I enjoy and eat in moderation.0 -
I'm so glad I've started running. It's exercise I enjoy, so it's nothing for me to go for a run and maybe do a little extra in there to make up for it. I know next week I'm going out for dinner, and I'll be running before, so I'll just make sure to maybe do a little more0
