It's two days after Thanksgiving, and I had to spend the days leading up to it eating a lot in order to recuperate from a nasty virus as well -- and I *still* weigh exactly what my lowest pre-Thanksgiving weight was a week ago! I haven't lost anything this week, but I haven't gained an ounce either! With the combination of Turkey Day and deliberately blowing my calorie target to hell in order to recover from the illness, I'd expected to be a couple pounds up, but I didn't eat anything I didn't actually need, and I am SO PROUD of not gaining anything in this terribly difficult week!

Good for you! I went to visit my sister in Montana on Nov 4th-9th and was worried I was going to gain, but didn't...BUT, I was on vacation still when I got back until just this last Wednesday and I've gained a couple of pounds. With our snow and everything going on, I wasn't able to go to the gym and was too lazy to workout at home. I'm really happy I worked out today, but I can tell me endurance is shot now. I just gotta get it back up now! Again congrats!0
