I'm living on a buget and I cannot reach my protein goals. I eat 200 g of pangasius filets as breakfast or 3 eggs. Once a week I treat myself with chicken. I also have 2 yoghurts a day and that's it. No other protein sources. I don't like beans cause they make me feel bloated.
Anyone any idea's on cheap protein foods?

Cottage cheese as someone else said.
Canned or dried beans (super cheap)
Also whey protein might seem really expensive, but the tubs last pretty well. I always add whey to my morning porridge.0 -
Frozen chicken breasts. I can't sing their praise enough. I buy 12 for about $7.0
